I want my money back from Telkom mobile!!!!

<p>I demand my refund for an amount i was never made aware of. soooo tired of calling and calling without any help. this is ridiculous now. Telkom charged me R170 device subscription fee which i was not made aware of. I got the new phone on 30 September 2016 and the duration of the amount calculated is 01 Set to 30 Sept. Why was I not made aware of this amount? and what ever happened to pro rata of which the guy told me about for the data and minutes... NOTHING about device subcription fee.... </p>
