I want my money back

No email, no sms, nothing to say I will be debited early and today is double the amount is taken and no one told me again no communication. My credit score dropped by 26 points did not understand why. Apparently I missed a debit order in December and received sms on the 29th to say I should go and pay at the store which I did pay before month end. My deduction is on the last day but I am paying a penalty because Telkom decided to into my account days before my deduction date. R471 is taken instead of R269. I was recommending Telkom data but the service is Trash especially because I have been to the branch 4 times trying to pay early but no one told me anything.
