I want my money back!

I fail to understand what is happening as per my account. Telkom you are really slacking with how you manage my damn contract. I had a contract of which was for some reason changed without my consent not forgetting that I had never gotten any service since inception of the damn contract but all the while being debited. That’s not even the lousiest thing by far. You decide to change my package and don’t even tell me and now you cannot tell me what’s happening with my contract. I want my money back and I want to understand what in the world is happening regarding my account.
