I want my money back

Afternoon, I bought R57 monies 4gig yesterday and I had no network coverage. I called telkom and spoke to Katlego yesterday which she confirmed that the area was I am at has no coverage so she has to speak to her manager. She then told me that she escalated the matter to her manager so I should wait for 24 hours because they will reverse the R56. 99 back. I have called around 09:17 in the morning and the 24 hour has passed already. I had to call again today, spoke to Matshidiso and she acknowledged the whole conversation of yesterday and gave me a word that I will receive my airtime back today because it shows that Katlego escalated the matter. Am still waiting impatiently because those monies will expire on the 30th whereas I have not use them
