I want my money back 😠 😡

I am using telkom data 40GB day and 40GB night month to month for R159 a month (no contract), good deal huh!! Untill I missed 1 single payment and I understand that they will revoke the services till I make payment. Issue number 1: I wanted to make the payment via app or the portal, both not working, I then thought there was a maintenance going on, let me make a call. Issue number 2: during the call, the consultant told me that I owe R371 and if I can't pay via app or portal, I can make FET payment which take up to 48 hours to reflect to theur acc but I was never provided with banking details, and again how did I end up owing R371 from for 159, she told me should the debit order bounce, R200 fee is charged, madness right??? 2 days later, I received an sms that my acc have been handed over to debt collectors (nudebt).. like really now!!!! Okay, but atleast they provided me with a link or url that I can make the payment but its no longer R371, its R372, fine I paid because I was desperate for internet connection, after 7 days I was reconnected, now yesterday, R548 went out of my acc with the ref of telkom, Kane la gafa guys... what is it for?????
