I bought R60 air time via the bank app yesterday it show amount was debited but it doesn't reflect on my balance, today a minute ago I just bought R160 airtime and still doesn't reflect but received sms notification that the money went out, please refund me my money or give me my airtime or I'll escalate this to ombudsman by cob
