I WANT MY MONEY BAC****

Last week I made a payment for a cellphone contract with Telkom which I thought I was approved for in Cavendish Square branch . Latter to find out that the deal was no longer available of which I visited a branch in Vangate and app**** for an alternative package of which I approved for...However I was told afterwards that the phones I had selected where out of stock and they would try to get from another store. By Saturday I have not received any feedback instead I was the one doing follow up's and still being told there is stock so I called in requested that my contract to be cancelled and I went to another service provider.

I have tried to reverse the funds paid as instructed by one of your advisers but my bank failed.

So I spoke again to someone who informed me that a refund can take anything from 7 -21 working days.

Of which I think is completely and absolutely pathetic.

I did not ask for a loan for that money it is mine so I want it back! HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO WITH A R4000.00???

I will not accept tolerate this anymore...everything is slow with you!
