I WANT MY MONEY!

<p>AGAIN!!!!!! I am really tired of you guys. Every 2 months its something new. I got billed R 888 this month. How does my bill go from R750 to R888? That's R112 short from R1000. I can't keep fighting with you guys and calling your call centre and as for an agent to tell me that my e-mail address is not listed on the system but for the past year I have been receiving my invoice via mail??? You guys are clueless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cancelled telkom mondo with in a day after receiving that sim car but I still got billed for what I don't know? I really regret taking a contract with you guys because you have no idea what you are doing and you call centre agents are clueless! I WANT THAT MONEY REIMBURSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't encourage anyone to take a cellphone contract with Telkom!</p>
