I WANT MY LINE RESUMED!!!!!

Telkom refuses to resume my line for an error they caused and clearly don't want to fix cause for them, i paid my account 10 days earlier than my initial debit order so now i owe them?? How SWAY??

I want my line resumed today!! i cant be out here calling since the 13th December and its still not resolved on the 19th December? Who exactly is paying for this damn thing if you guys refuse for me to use my benefits.

Figure it out and resume my line NOW!!!
