I WANT MY INTERNET PROBLEM SOLVED NOW

This is one **** hole of a company - cant describe my disgust - no one gets back to you and you cant get help from anyone at this company - i have been without internet for 11 days - every time i log a fault i get a new reference number just for it to closed as solved and my issue still persists- on the line now for an hour still holding to speak to someone who can give me feedback on my reference number and if they are doing anything - is there anyone who can help with a contact number for the top management i would like to get them involved sorting out this **** service
