I want my HP Laptop
I went to Telkom at Westgate mall on the 27 June 2015 to apply for a HP Laptop contract which was R250 a month. After completing and signing all the documents, the guy (Simon i think) tells me they are out of stock, he is expecting some on Monday the 29th. My sister went to collect it for me on the 4th July, but all she got was bad attitude and no Laptop. To this date i have not heard from Telkom, when i call them on ***, no ones gives me a straight answer, it is really not acceptable that i most probably will be billed for the service i have not used. TELKOM, I WANT MY LAPTOP
