I WANT MY DATA BAC****!

Dear Service provider. I just called in Telkom Mobile to report that my All network data just finished and i was not using social media but whatsapp, (of which u have data for coz of their option Freeme boost), now my issue is I was assisted or rather not assisted well by the call center agent Siphelele who just laughed at and told me there is nothing he can do coz my phone has been active from 12am to currently. I explain to him between 16:45pm 16 December 2016 to 17 December 2017 12:30 i have not used my all network data but my data just disappeared he could not assist he didn't even to to investigate the matter he just dismissed and told me there is nothing he can do, I requested to speak to his manager, he put me on hold for 5 min then dropped my call. I am extremely disappointed with such bad service at Telkom i have never experienced such service in the 3 years of using this network. I WANT MY DATA BAC*****
