I want my data and the agent dealt with

Rude agents that can not even answer what is happening... I spoke to thuli setutla who I think **** about her name, she had to explain what happened to my data as I was on flight mode since last night... She did not know what she was doing and was lost and rude, she couldn't answer any of my questions or even check my balance as she kept saying she doesn't know... I was my 1gb back as I did not use it I am. Tired of the ****ty service you guys give and rude agents that can never assist ***
