I want my data

I have upgraded to a p30 lite well the ad said get 30gb of data to for 3 months i am struggling to get the data....... This is the second month without data..... I had a case number is was closed amd solved without anyone informing me why i cant get the data....... So please dont advertise something which we do not get #advertising
