I want my contract cancelled and my money bac****

Telkom you have the worst customer services and service ever!!! I requested to have my contract cancelled the 1st November 2017, and still nothing but you keep debiting my account! I spoke to Lungi Cele in January who assured me the contract will be cancelled, but still nothing! and she is a team leader! useless agents who can't do anything but keep requesting the same documents over and over and over again!! For 4 whole months now I have spoken to useless people who call themselves managers, but clearly cannot manage anything at all.

I want my query dealt with today and want my money back NOW!! — feeling angry.
