I WANT MY ALL NETWORK VOICE BUNDLES!!!

YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE A RATING!

On the 18th of Dec '19, I purchased all network voice bundles on *123# (MoNice). The value of the bundle was R 13.10 for 35mins (all networks). The money was deducted from my account & I got the sms to say the bundle has been loaded.

When I tried making calls I was told, I have insufficient airtime, HOW? When I had just purchased the bundles?

YA'LL NEED TO LOAD MY VOICE BUNDLES, ASAP!!!
