I WANT ANSWERS AND MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

Why am I being billed ridiculous unexplained amounts my contract when I would be paying R340 as per my contract?! Spoke to lindani dlamini who could not give me any answers!!! SOMEBODY BETTER SOLVE THIS MESS AND FAST!!!! ITS RIDICULOUS THAT I COULDN'T EVEN SPEAK TO ANYONE AT MANAGEMENT LEVEL!! TELKOM IS THE PITS!!!
