I WANT A REFUND ON MY INSURANCE PREMIUMS!

Telkom has not responded to me for the last four months and when I go into the Telkom branch they tell me that there's nothing they can do about the situation. I want my insurance premiums back that I have been paying for the last 1 and a half years because when I claimed to fix my phone on the 27th of January 2020 they didn't even fix it and three months later I had to ask for my broken device back and fix it out of my own pockets. Finrite is the worst insurance company. I asked them to cancel my insurance and I haven't heard anything from them.
