I've been waiting 3 weeks for a phone

I ordered a phone from the Telkom website 3 weeks ago. They phoned me and confirmed all my details, they said the phone will be delivered within 5-7 working days. I've been waiting exactly 3 weeks now. Everytime I contact Telkom they say a agent from the sales department will be in contact with me, but nobody phones me back. I even went to Mall of the North before I ordered the phone on their website. Mall of the North has'nt had stock for over 2 months. How do you people operate??? How long can it really take to get a phone from you people? I'm really starting to think that Telkom does not want to do business. I'm a business women myself and if my customers have to wait 3 weeks for me to get their stock I'll close down.
