I've been ****med!

I booked my phone for screen repairs on the 15th of March 2017 at the Telkom store in Musgrave Centre , I took it there because I have insurance with Telkom. On the day I handed my phone, I was told by a consultant that I won't need to pay since my phone insured. He said it will not take more than 4 weeks for me to get the phone, but that was not the case... On the 24th April

I then went to the store to ask about the whereabouts of my phone, the consultant called Finrite , that is when the consultant at Finrite told me that I have to pay an excess fee of R3461.80 for myphone to be fixed or cancel the job and getmy phone returned I have to pay R188.10 and I asked why do I have to pay such a huge amount cos It's have insurance, what's the point of paying insurance every month and still having to pay these figure for just a minor screen fracture?!! It doesn't make sense!!

I was angry when I called in at Finrite the next morning, I said I want my phone back and they said I Should pay first, i requested their banking details and they asked for my email address so they can forward the banking details to but they never did!!!! I've been trying to get ahold of them to remind them but, my calls were on wait for +-17 min ... So now i am tired of running up and down using my money for petrol going to Telkom and airtime trying to get ahold of Finrite!!! I Just NEED my phone ASAP!!!

Tired of playing a puppet by Telkom and Finrite as if I am not paying !!! We are almost in the 2nd month and I still dont have my phone
