I upgraded my adsl to fibre last year in July and they assured me the adsl line was cancelled but to my shock it was not

I upgraded my adsl to fibre last year in July and they assured me the adsl line was cancelled but to my shock it was not. I have thus been paying for 2 lines for 7 months and was not aware of it
