I type this currently holding for over an hour

As I type this, I am still on hold. I have been a Telkom customer since May, contracted to pay via debit order. 5 Months have passed and as Telkom are unable to do anything properly I have to pay them each month via EFT where they promise the following month they will debit my account.<br> They have just cut my service this month again for non payment where they had not processed the debit order. <br> I am currently on hold with the call centre, p[hone on the desk where I can hear everyone talking and laughing for an hour. <br> <br> Nobody is helping me very much like their automated email to my complaints, 1 a month for debit order issues which they yet to resolve.
