I tried to call Telkom Mobile and their IVR tells us their consultants are working from home and due load shedding there are few agents to take my call. I was willing to wait but they only sent me a WhatsApp text to communicate and line cut twice. Went to WhatsApp and my issue was not among the mentioned. This kind of service sucks😡
