I took the Telkom Lit Box as it was compatible with all the applications I would like to watch via my non-smart TV. They have now cancelled their contract with Netflix and just sent a lazy apology and no due reason and not stating way forward regarding reimbur*****t or replacement of the devices, as the box no longer serves what I signed up for. I would like Telkom to also refund me with TakeAlot vouchers so that I can get a box which is compatible with all the apps the Telkom Lit Box was compatible with.
