I took out q contracts with telkom 2yrs ago

I took out q contracts with telkom 2yrs ago. Since july i have been getting calls to take a new contract. To my mind i say to the consultant, please check when is the contract i have expiring To my suprise it expired in June. But am still being deducted. Can someone explain what is happening with telkom. The data i receive on this contract it takes 3days and then ots depleted even when not used.
