I took out a contract with telkom in July 2023

I took out a contract with telkom in July 2023.the 1st debit order went off correctly. In August debit was 728 was told was for subscriptions which I cancelled spoke to agent who assured me they will change my spend limit so that no extra amounts or subscription will be added.received my statement with added subscriptions which I ever subscribed to. Spoke to agent again and he just dropped the call😡😡😡adding more to my frustration with telkom
