I took out a contract for a fibre 30/30 with prime video 3 months on Telkom but since I got the contract in march I have yet to receive the prime video access link. I have been calling and going into shops with no luck. I took this deal mainly for the prime video side but I have lost 3 months and still struggling to get the access link for the prime video. I am told that they will have to load a complaint and escalate it it but nothing comes of it. There service regarding this is poor as if they don't care.
