I took a 12 month contract with Telkom with no coverage in my area

The contract I took out with Telkom was a Data package and with all my details of adress they never told me that there are no coverage in Ermelo/Piet Retief.I went back to have the contract cancelled on wich they gave me a ref number ********** 4 in Aug 2017.They cept deducting yhe money from my account and in Jan2018 I went bac and they made another note on the system be to no avail the mone is still been deduckted from my account.I need this contract cancelled an all money paid refunded wit interest
