I thought online sales made life easier...but NO!! for telkom

I order for a cellphone device last week thursday , i am awaiting for my parcel but there is nothing up until date. I thought it was gonna be easy to order online ruther than going to the shop but its other wise . My friend ordered a phone from Cell C and it was delivered within the next day . How long does telkom take to deliver a product kanti!!!!
