I think Telkom are Theives stay away from them!

So I have a Telkom LTE Account had one for years. So Telkom debit ordered my account late last month with no communication to me. This month their debit order did not go off I assumed it was a technical thing. THe day after my debit order was supposed to go off my internet was suspended. I then phoned Telkom and they informed me that my account was in arrears. I enquired and I was informed that they cancled my debit order without my concent or even informing me of this and due to me not paying my internet was stopped. I was then told they cannot reactivete the debit order I would hae to pay the outstanding balance first. UI then paid the outstanding balance only to be debit ordered by telkom the next day. I cannot express how useless and unprofetional Telkom is never under any circumstances do buisness with them they ***** your money and do not provide the services that you pay for stay away they are theiuves.
