I think I can I THINK I CAN ~ MAYBE I CAN ???

Hi there, I app**** for wifi online + wifi extender. Installation for the wifi in Jul/Aug, thank you for great service..... BUT NO WIFI EXTENDER. After many chats, many calls, many hours of sitting waiting on call centres, I HAVE IN NOVEMBER 2018 still not received my wifi extender? What else must I do ... leave your company and rather go to someone else. Someone form TELKOM, pls contact me "the paying customer" for a change and tell me how you really feel its in the interest of TELKOM to want to want to assist me ..... waiting with much anticipation
