I surrender with Telkom

I don't know if people at Telkom do their work or just sit on their buts. last week loged 2 calls and the first calls got closed with the problem being fixed Call REF 51CWK050220 and I had to log yet another call with call REF*** and spoke to Letu the Supervisor in the cape town area who told me the call has been escalated to High Level Support Team and he will come back to me and that was friday last week around 11:00. 2hours went by and called him again at 13:00 and he said he will call before the end of bussiness day. 15:00 came and I phoned again to be told he's out and left a message for him to call me back and never did untill end of bussiness day friday. today I cant even track this LETU the Superviser guy and Im told once again that the second call was closed. Telkom stop giving people **** service like that.
