Rating is MINUS 580 Telkom - you are so stupid nobody can help you - you have taken 5 months to close my account after I followed ALL your rules - yet I had to FIGHT to get my account closed. You then EVENTUALLY closed it and repaid my deposit - a month ago. I have just received another account from you - you are charging me for AUGUST - wow - I am at a lost for words - what is your problem???? I gave you notice on the 15th of February 2018 that we have sold our home and that we required our service to be terminated by the end of March 2018. We moved in March - Account was eventually terminated in July - NOW YOU SEND ME ANOTHER ACCOUNT and that for AUGUST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
