I should not be charged a penalty for ugrading to a higher package
<p>Please could someone get back to me urgently. I was told by a Telkom consultant that I would not be charged a penalty for upgrading to a higher package. I have the consultants emails stating so, yet I am being charged for a migration penalty. This is not on!</p> <p> </p>
