I should have stayed with Vodacom.

I honestly regret switching from Vodacom to this horrible service. Because how is it possible that you get 3 completely different scripts from 3 different people working in the same department. I’ve been calling to get my account reactivated by they keep sending me around the sun. Just because the person helping me buy the phone online was dishonest with me (which is theft). I honestly wish I checked the reviews before I purchased the phone. Telkom is so disgraceful to a point that they don’t even give a **** about their customer complaints. The amount of customers who complain really need to go public. I wish I could turn back time.
