I sent my phone for an insurance claim in November 2024 I had to wait until January -febuary to even get a response from them after chasing them around for months to no avail only for them to tell me that the claim was denied due to the phone not having the contract sim even though the phone has been paid off for years, It's been almost 2 months since the claim was denied and they still haven't returned my phone not do they respond to phone calls or emails and when I go to one of the locations the service is poor and no one can give me an answer I'm extremely dissatisfied with the poor service delivery and customer service
