I requested for a number change now my number is cancelled

I logged a case on the 20 December 2017 to have my contract number changed to prepaid and my prepaid number changed to contract. After making hundreds of follow-ups, on the 8th Jan 2018 my prepaid number was changed to contract and now the number that was on contract was cancelled/ recycled. Now I have been offline for over 48 hours and this number is the one I use for my business, when I enquire they say my number has been allocated to someone else.
