I regret the day I took contract with Telkom you I wouldn't recommend anyone to use it. First they hire *********** staff and lack of product knowledge. I called to make arrangement on my outstanding balance and I spoke to Thabo Mayama, I asked ARE SURE my account won't get locked if I make an arrangement, he said YES, and based on the amount in arrears first u have to pay 40% of the amount follow by 30% the following month. I paid the 40% as arranged NOW MY PHONE is BLOCKED 😡😩 what the hell is going on? Can I have a manager or director I don't to call me someone who can explain
