I regret walking into a telkom store.

<p>If only I knew that I was going to pay 8 months worth of premiums for what Im not even consuming at all, I would made a smarter move. I bought a galaxy note 4 last year, I found that the device is faulty. I returned it within four days, I was denied a new a new phone and was told it will be sent for repairs intead. Who on earth wants to pay a full price for a ****y repaired phone?. I went to the telkom store countless times yet they were still giving me the same faulty device. Over my dead body will I ever purchase anything from telkom. I have no words to describe how I feel at the moment. I wouldn't in a million years suggest telkom to anyone. Thanks for nothing</p>
