I regret the day i joined TELKOM MOBILE SA!!!!!
<p>I have literally had a QUERY with Telkom Mobile for a year now! Till today everytime i call i can't seem to find someone who is competent enough to help me! This started when i ordered a Wifi Router from Telkom mobile and they delivered two instead of the one that i requested! Shortly after that they came to collect the other router but till today they are still charging for the two routers instead of one! I have called their call centre numerous times and everytime i log a query the only response i get back is smses telling me that my query has been resolved!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM TELKOM MOBILE!!! You have been the worst service provider i have ever come across!!!!!</p>
TILL TODAY I AM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL FROM TELKOM MOBILE!!! THE QUERY IS OFFICIALLY ONE YEAR TODAY!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY!! AS USUAL THEY ARE STILL TAKING MY MONEY!!!! I AM DISGUSTED!!

2 months later i am still waiting for TELKOM MOBILE TO CALL !!!!!! A YEAR LATER QUERY STILL NOT RESOLVED!!!!!! Thank you Launa for lying to me just like the rest of the people that work for Telkom Mobile have been doing!!!!
