I recently ordered a cell phone online and everything went well while doing the application i asked the lady would i receive a contract emailed to me and she rep**** yes it will be emailed to me... When i received my cellphone i asked for the contract to me emailed and *** told me they can not give me anything in writing because i took the contract online now this is very decisiving because they said yes and after a week of emails they couldn't even give me a letter to say i have a contract with them. This is a ****y service and ****y thing to do
