I ported my number from MTN to telkom and its been 10 days that I can’t receive calls, can’t receive SMS,s can’t send SMS

I ported my number from MTN to telkom and its been 10 days that I can’t receive calls, can’t receive SMS,s can’t send SMS. I have called them 10 times, Telkom give me advice that doesn’t work. They can’t seem to fix it. I am desperate. This is a massive disaster. Nobody comes back to you even though they promise to email. Promise it will be fixed within in 24 hours and the days are just piling up that I am disconnected.
