I pay you so you can inconveinance me

Its amazing that i actually pay you ,so that you can inconveinance me .I recently upgraded my adsl service to the uncapped 10MBPS line , to date i can not stream anything on HD without it freezing, i check line speed and its never close to 10 MBPS. I am supposed to get a sim with 2GB data on it per month but when i went to the branch store in amanzimtoti , i stood in the line , reached the front only to be told that the store is offline so i cannot get the sim .What a waste of my time ...i was then told to call 10213 to ask them to deliver the sim , i have tried numerous times but cannot get through ...pathetic service from a company that promises you the world
