I pay for this services

So Sunday I went to pick and pay protea glen to buy airtime telkom one was for 50 and 30...when i got home I loaded the 50 rand airtime and the 30 rand I didn't load it and cool drink slip on it but I was able to see the serial number....went to maponya mall telkom to ask for them to help get the number to load my airtime but palest said they don't do that at the store then today I call the call center and the we're ot able to help me I was told to back to pick and pay and they will give a new voucher number but once again. Pick and pay didn't help me nomzamo at glen mall....such bad service from this store I mean I pay for this service but what do I get in return nothing just I'm can't do it
