I PAY !!!!!!!! BUT NO LINE OR SERVICE !!!!!!!!

Horrible horrible service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lodge my call on the 19th June for my line to be relocated from Brakpan to Boksburg .... still paying, still waiting...... Call center staff *********** and ridiculous .... Systems always down....

2 days ago eventually they sent me a screenshot that it would be installed yesterday !

Still no call from the technician - I am starting to think there is no technician in Boksburg!!!!!!!

Wake up it is the 27th July 2018 already !!!!!! I disputed it , and when I spoke to the call center lady now , she said I must follow up and dispute again!!!!!

Do I work for Telkom - no i am the client !!!!!!!
