I paid to be ********ted by Telkom

I had ordered the LTE 50GB per month Advance coverage contract, which comes with the Huawei E5186 LTE Router, (as advertised)@ R699 per month.<br> <br> My account was debited almost immediately and it took an entire week for my package to be delivered and only to find that it's the wrong device.<br> <br> I had made several calls as well as emails sent to Telkom this is now well into 3 weeks since I placed this order and nothing has been done yet I've paid R699.00 for absolutely nothing. <br> <br> Nobody seems to be interested and everybody passes the buck. I advise anybody reading this please stay away from Telkom as a service provider. I would like to cancel all my dealings with Telkom and end this contract.
