I'm shocked. I actually received excellent service from a Telkom customer care agent.

Ntombi Zanele was polite, quick, and she knew exactly how to fix an issue I've had with my phone number for years now.

Unlike all the other agents I've called over the years explaining this same issue to, she wasn't quick to tell me to turn off my data or to just reboot my phone.

Instead, she looked at my account and quickly figured out what the issue was. She took the time to explain what was causing the issue and then gave me step by step instructions on how to fix it.

Thank you sisi. Hopefully there are more like you around working at Telkom.
