I Need to Speak to a Person!!!!!!

I have been trying to speak to a human being from Telkom for over 3 days now without any luck. It's only IVR and canned responses all the way. Once you've exhausted those avenues the call gets dropped, the WhatsApp take you back to the home options and the customer never gets any help. Telkom is the pits
