I need my refund

Do not even think of applying a contract with telkom they are so pathetic ******** once you created account with them for ur banking details they will be automatically go in and debit your money I have been calling them numerous times from August to close my contract that I cancelled in July and I asked all the due amount so that can be paid off and the lady by Owami said your due amount is only your monthly amount as I have not been using their services now since from August they have been debiting money from my account with interest am so ****ed off with Telkom never and even use this *********
