I need my money to be reversed

I have a contract with Telkom for R129 per month, all of a sudden they now decide to track their installment on the the 25th while I get paid end of the month. Now I have to pay for their tracking fee which cost me R200 extra, this is the second month they are doing that. I try by all means not to skip any payment, so if they are going to overcharge me every month I don't think is fair. I need my R400 back because I have submitted my payslip and bank statement to show when do I get paid. Please I need that money
